We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. If any of our garments are not free of defects, we will cover the expense to have the item reserviced and returned to you. Our warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colour, negligence or improper care. Any products that have been modified or altered are not covered by our warranty.
Our products are designed to be durable and lasting, given that proper care is practiced. The lifetime duration of our warranty is the normal duration of practical use of our products as they deteriorate with normal wear and tear.
How to process a warranty claim
All warranty claims can be forwarded to us by using our Contact Us tab or by sending an email to email@example.com. After which, you will receive additional instructions.
We will not cover the expense to have products shipped to us for reservicing. We are not liable for any lost items during transit, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments. Shipping fees to have the reserviced item delivered back to the customer are covered.
